At MOVEability, we know that flexible movement and social connection go hand in hand. Staying active is about more than just physical health. For those attending our seated chair exercise classes, it is where they find a welcoming space, share a laugh and feel part of a supportive local community across Berkshire and beyond.
To help keep our community connected, our very own team “Double Debbie” team (Debbie Medlin and Debbie Mumford) is taking on an extraordinary challenge on 26th September 2026. They are tackling Velocity 2 at Zip World – the world’s fastest zip line and the longest in Europe – reaching breathtaking speeds of over 100mph over Penrhyn Quarry in Wales!
Zip-Lining for Our 2nd Annual Christmas Dinner
Double Debbie is braving the heights to raise vital funds for our 2nd Annual MOVEability Christmas Dinner.
Following the success of last year – where over 120 of our wonderful class regulars came together across two local venues – we are aiming to make this year’s event just as special. For many of our participants, carers and seniors, this gathering is one of the highlights of their festive season. It offers a safe, accessible and warm space to enjoy great food and wonderful company.

Every donation directly supports us to provide Christmas connection to an ever growing number of MOVEability regulars including those with limited mobility or fluctuating health conditions, helping us cover accessible transport, venue costs and festive meals.
