Our live online total body strengthening/movement class has something for everyone, primarily seated but with standing options on a couple of the movement routines for those who ‘want a little more’
It is ideal for anyone wanting to improve upper body strength without putting pressure on the lower body.
Lots of fun and lasting about 40 minutes, the class begins with a warm up routine followed by aerobic and strengthening exercises to a selection of popular tunes.
We finish each class with a cool down, stretching and a ‘wake up, shake up’ revitaliser.
During the class, we make sure everyone feels included and everybody is reminded and encouraged to work within their own capabilities.

Myself and my wife attend this class regularly and have done now for over a year! My wife has Fibromyalgia, this class has helped improve her upper body strength immensely. The routines are good fun and a good way to work out any tension you might have!! If my wife is having a tired daily, she can still take part and just do what she feels she can manage, meaning she doesn’t have to miss out.
