Our popular live dancercise class featuring moves with both seated and standing options to a good range of popular tunes.
This class, lasting approximately 45 minutes, is aimed at seniors and people with limited mobility and takes you through 4 to 5 routines with easy-to-learn moves that are demonstrated before each dance.
We start with a warm up routine before moving onto the first of the dance routines.
We finish each class with a cool down and stretch, and relaxation.
During the class, we make sure everyone feels included everyone is reminded and encouraged to work within their capabilities, with different options being shown.
