Live Video Upper Body Only Exercise & Strengthening Class

  • Suitable for wheelchair users and those with little or no lower body mobility
  • Ideal for those wanting to improve upper body strength without putting pressure on the
    lower body

These fun sessions, lasting around 40 minutes will consist of:

  • A warm up routine
  • Aerobic and Strengthening Exercises to some popular tunes
  • Cool down/stretch
  • Relaxation

Sessions are £3.75 on a ‘pay as you go’ basis – (includes up to 2 people per household).

Upon registration you will receive an email containing details for secure payment options.
Once payment is received a confirmation of your booking with a link to join the session will be sent.

Fancy a free class? – Refer a friend, when they have attended a paid class you get your next session free (Up to a max of 3 referrals.)

    Myself and my wife attend this class regularly and have done now for over a year! My wife has Fibromyalgia, this class has helped improve her upper body strength immensely. The routines are good fun and a good way to work out any tension you might have!! If my wife is having a tired daily, she can still take part and just do what she feels she can manage, meaning she doesn’t have to miss out.
    The routine of having these classes, especially through lockdown, has also been a huge help to both our mental health too. It’s become a real community to us. Thanks ladies.
