Seated Chair Exercise in Hermitage, 3rd March 2025

Fun seated chair exercise sessions every Monday for all ages and abilities to popular tunes. We show exercises from front & side views and offer different levels to follow according to ability.
Suitable for:
- Anyone wanting to be part of a more inclusive and accessible class
- People who have been sedentary and want to gently ease back into exercise
- People with underlying health conditions (e.g. arthritis, Parkinson’s, MS, Fibromyalgia, COPD). Those in rehabilitation from illness/operations, or living with chronic fatigue as part of another condition.
- Wheelchair Users
- Seniors
We allow an hour for the session, including an intro followed by around 45 minutes of exercise featuring:
- A warm-up routine
- Mobilising Exercises
- Aerobic and Cardio Exercises
- Strengthening Exercises
- Cool down
- Stretch
- Body Scan / Revitaliser
Stay afterwards for a complimentary cuppa and biscuit, and to socialise and make new friends–usually a half hour or so.
