We believe in exercise for all ages and abilities. Our social purpose is to ensure everyone can enhance their physical and mental well-being, especially those who can’t attend in-person classes due to physical or mental health reasons.
Need a little help getting started online? We provide full support to help you get set up on Zoom and easily purchase your tickets online. We’re here to help you every step of the way, making sure nothing stops you from joining.
Class Schedule:
- Monday mornings at 10:30 AM (60 minutes)
- Wednesday mornings at 10:30 AM (45 minutes)
Our fun, 45-60 minute classes are perfect for improving total body strength without straining your lower body. Each session includes a warm-up, aerobic and strengthening exercises set to popular tunes, and finishes with a cool-down, stretching, and a revitalising ‘wake up, shake up’. We ensure everyone feels included and encouraged to work within their own capabilities.
