We had a fantastic time on the 4th November launching our new FREE exercise class for people with Parkinson’s in West Berkshire, funded by Parkinson’s UK. Not least because of the 15 lovely people, both men and women aged 30 – 90 who turned up.
We loved meeting so many new people and had such fun exercising and dancing with everyone to some well-known tunes. Socialising afterwards over a complimentary cuppa and biscuit was the perfect way to round it off.
The enthusiasm in the room completely raised the roof.
We loved that most people returned for the second exercise class on the 18th and that we saw some new faces too.
The verdict
Here’s what people had to say:
“Dad really enjoyed it, and he has even been seen doing a couple of moves around the house. We are definitely coming back next time.“
“Very impressed with the way you were able to cater for all ages and levels, both for people with Parkinson’s and their support person. We have booked in for next time.“
