I am 54 years young but can only stand up for short periods. I have a compressed nerve in my spine, stenosis issues, spinal arthritis, and osteoarthritis in both knees, and I have to use a wheelchair to go anywhere. Joining MOVEability classes has reignited my SMILE!
Since joining the MOVEability classes, made possible by a direct payment from the health services in Berkshire, my fitness has improved, and I even managed to attend a Coldplay concert. My mental health has also really improved, and my outlook is getting brighter. My advice to anyone trying MOVEability is to keep going. You deserve life. Keep moving! Thank you, MOVEability.
