Parkinson’s exercise class in Newbury, 28th February 2025

Featuring a special dance and movement programme designed with Parkinson’s in mind, the class will include a warm-up, 4-5 dance and movement routines to popular tunes and a cool down.
Stay afterwards for a cuppa and biscuit, and to socialise and make new friends.
The classes are subsidised by the Newbury & District Branch of Parkinson’s UK, who take a contribution of £2 from Branch members attending the class.
This class is open to all members of Parkinson’s UK. Not a member? ……. Please don’t worry, you are still very welcome to attend. Should you wish to continue, we can assist you with applying for your FREE membership to the Newbury & District Branch.
