Friendship Cafe in Newbury, 20th March 2026

A MOVEability exercise session with a difference, the Friendship Cafe, held one Friday a month at Newbury Grove, combines 15 minutes of fun, gentle, exercise to popular tunes with the chance to chat over a cuppa and engage in other activities such as crafting or board games.
Do as much or as little as you like or feel able. Carers are welcome.
Although kindly hosted by Newbury Grove, the cafe is open to anyone looking for a welcoming place to come to meet people and make new friends. It’s free to attend.
